Hi, I'm looking in the offline download files and I cannot find the .13 update that steam has had since last year.

WHERE IS THE .13 UPDATE that we are supposed to have as we BOUGHT the game here?

The 3.13 update is only available via beta channel on Steam because it's still work in progress.
I'm sure that it'll show up here once it's stable enough to go out of beta.
