Is there a reason why this never seems to get a price reduction while it gets sold on Steam for cheap quite often?

And yes, I would like to have the GOG version instead of the Steam version. :)

The last time GOG had this game on sale for 60% off ($2.39 US) was in 2012. It also seems to be the lowest price ever offered buy GOG. So this is the time to buy it if you want to buy it from GOG. I bought it yesterday.
