Just curious but is this a typo? I haven't heard of an official 1.19 patch. 1.18 on the other hand was released a year ago.
Well, yes - our ArxFatalis is patched to 1.19 version, thats not a typo. :)
thats interesting. i wasnt even aware that 1.18 was out.
dont think i can use that patch on my netbook though given that it would probably require a cd in a drive that netooks dont even have.
even more interesting that gog.com includes 1.19 which doesnt exist anywhere except here.
id like to know what the changes are between 1.18 and 1.19 before i consider getting the game from here.

Thanks Grah for posting a change log. I suppose the patch is made by the gog team then?

Wow! Are you the nice guys, convincing Arkane Studios to do that, or are the guys at Arcane Studios just awesome? Or both of you? :)
Does this version have wide screen support?

It does. Just bought it and it works perfect and it looks great (gameplay galore aside).
I own the original release of Arx and reinstalled it yesterday after GOG piqued my interest again. Sad to say I didn't get very far the first time.
I'm also wondering if this patch has enabled widescreen support. I can't run my orginal copy at highest resolution 1280 x 1024 without it being offset and filling only one half of my widescreen. 1024 x 780 seems to be the limit for it.
I'd purchase this game again here if it meant that widescreen was supported and that the 1.19 patch had a big impact on performance/playability.
I'm not even sure what the heck these mean:
- Fixed resolution management on cinemascope bar.
- New resolution enable.
- Interface isn't scaled.
Could someone explain?

I went ahead and bought it and it was well worth it! Looks great, performs great!
Can anyone who bought the gog release of this game confirm the widescreen 16:10 support? And stretching doesn't count! I loved this game when I played it a few years back, and I'd love to play it again at my monitors native 1920x1200 WS res.
