If you make a desktop shortcut for the original Army Men game, then type -windowmode into the target bar in properties. You'll gain access to the debug menu for the game at the top bar. Not sure if this is undiscovered or not, but I found it trying to play in windowed mode.

I've tried doing this for World at War & II, but they just shrunk the windows and made the games unplayable.

Hadn't messed with it too much, but there's AI debugging, a cheats button that I don't think did anything. Some path tracing options, but they make the game lag horribly. Also a menu to play the in-game music.
