When i start the game, DosBox starts it for me and the game is around 1cm to large on each side. i cant read the instructions on the botton screen. i can´t seem to fix it so it will fit my screen.

Try different resolutions and renderers in nGlide (in DOSBOX folder) and DOSBOXConfigurator. Don't forget to mirror settings in both configurators.
