I had, it started for a split second, the screen went black and then i was dumped back to the desktop. But i found a solution:

Open the file "dosbox_ad_single.conf" in the games install directory. Replace the line "ad3dfx.exe" with "sf3dfx.exe". Then try running the game, it should work. ;-)

edit: By the way, i installed the game via the gog client. Which at first only downloads and installs the english version, after that it is possible to select german, which will start another download. Maybe that's when the mixup happened.

Ooh, sounds like a GOG bug, being as AD would be Archimedean Dynasty (English version) and SF would be Schleichfahrt (German version). Though not having it on GOG (yet, that is) I can't see how they are calling the .conf files. Probably a file mix-up or typo error. Raise it with GOG support and hopefully they'll fix it.

Yep, i thought so too. That's what gave me the idea to try this. I guess gog just forgot to run the correct .exe for the german version. I already sent them a support ticket, so hopefully this will be fixed for everyone soon.

Gog support just answered my ticket, apparently the issue indeed only arised when installing via the gog client, but they said it should be fixed now.

Funktioniert gut bei mir. Mal eine andere Frage, war bei dem Spiel bei den Dialogen und dem Missionschat keine Sprachausgabe? Nur wärend der Zwischensequenzen, wenn Flint selber redet?

Startet bei mir problemlos...und es gab definitiv KEINE Sprachausgabe ausser in den Zwischenfilmen und bei der Ansage der Orte.

Ich habe aber das Problem, dass das Spiel während der Kämpfe ziemlich stockt/ruckelt. Man hat keine flüssige Fahrt :-(

Versuch mal folgendes: Geh in deinen Schleichfahrt Installationsordner, dort in den DOSBOX-Unterordner und öffne die "nglide_config.exe". Dort verringerst du die Auflösung (testweise mal auf 640x480) und könntest ansonsten auch mal probieren vsync auf "aus" zu stellen. Dann teste mal ob es was gebracht hat.

Nein, eigentlich nicht. Spielst du über den Galaxy Client? Steht unter "MEHR" --> "KONFIGURIEREN" bei der Sprache "DEUTSCH"?

Deinstallation/Neuinstallation hat das Problem gelöst.

Läuft jetzt alles wunderbar.
