I have the high resolution patch installed. In the small "local" map, on the bottom, there are arrows to scroll the map using the mouse/cursor. No matter which arrow I click, the map only scrolls down. I also have the "scrolldist:0" fix applied. Not a huge deal as I can use the keyboard arrows to scroll the map, but wondering why the mouse doesn't work. Thanks

It has this whole drag-and-move thing going on where you click on the *single* arrows button and while holding down the mouse button, move the cursor around to see relevant changes in the map view.

Not much of use though as you already stated you can use keyboard or just, you know, move the mouse to the edge of the screen you would like the map view to move.
