I tried every possible fix for this game. Add -no3d and- doublebuffer to destination, change compatibility, run as admin, change the ddraw file, installed the unofficial patch but nothing works. Whether took as individual solutions or combined the games still glitches as hell. Slow loading times, transparent buildings. Graphical glithces in general. Long ago I added the no3d and doublebuffer things and changed the ddraw file and it worked. Now it doesn't work anymore.

From your list, I assume you saw this thread and tried it all already, but just in case:

One thing discussed there is running directly versus through GOG Galaxy. Apparently the fixes work better when running directly. Have you tried both?

Can you give us some info about your system? CPU, graphics card, RAM, etc.? That might help troubleshoot the problem.

Yeah, I already saw that post and executed the game through both GOG Galaxy and the exe in the install folder, it didn't help. I got a Windows 10 OS, 8Gb of ram, Sapphire Dual-X R7 265 2Gb as GPU, Asus M5A97 Pro as motherboard and an AMD FX6100, six cores, 3.3Ghz as processor.

Just to confirm: when you say you tried the -no3d and -doublebuffer tags, where did you apply those exactly? To work, you need to add them to a shortcut to the game's .exe file, and then you MUST run the game via that shortcut, NOT from GOG Galaxy and NOT directly from the .exe.

You probably already did that, but I just want to be sure.

Hopefully someone else can chime in with some ideas also. The only other thing I can think of that might help is forcing the game to run on a single core of your processor... no idea if that actually matters for Arcanum but it matters for some other older games. There are third-party programs that can do this, or you can run the game, switch to task manager, and manually force it to use affinity for core 1 only.

I applied them into the target bar and yes I run the game from that exe infact I solved the first problems. I also run the game from gog galaxy, those problems are solved, but II still got the slow loading, the transparent buldings and other glitches. Problems I solved long ago with the ddraw thing. But now it won't work. I'll try to run the game and change the core affinity. Thanks for the help.

It might be worth replacing the ddraw file again, just in case it reverted somehow, e.g. if you uninstalled and then reinstalled the game.

In fact, a full unintsall and then reinstall might not be a bad idea (backup your savegames first). Since you had these problems fixed before and now they are back, it suggests something changed on your computer since then... new software, a windows update, new graphics drivers, etc. It's possible that a fresh install with the same tweaks might work.

Already did yesterday but I'll try to reinstall it again and see if I can do something.

Did you try replacing the ddraw file after your reinstall?

Thank you for your time and help.
Just a note incase you encournter problems again. Windows 10 will rseet a great many programs and program settings when it updates. For instance, i had to resetup fixes for a different game after an update as it unistalled a Games for Windows work-around I had installed. Keep what you did to fix it in mind incase it goes wonky again.
