Have you guys found any in-game advice to find the man?
What I found is pretty much that the backstab master fled Tarant to unknown location and the other news piece for murdered physician.

Neither of those helped that much.

I couldn't find the physician's home in Tarant to search for clues in, though.

imatris: He is pretty easy to find on Google unlike the in-game clues for his whereabouts as there seems to be none.
