Though I have allowed this firewall prompt(which looks something like the pic attached) to go through It continually pops up again and again every time I reboot my PC and restart this game. it seems to only happen with 1401, not the other games in the series. I have disabled Galaxy "overlay" and enabled it bu that doesn't seem to stop the message. I have also tried playing offline as well as online and still get the dumb message!

Using Windows 7 Ultimate, fully updated.

you try just renaming it, so long you don't care about MP and updates ;) might work

I also remaned the "addonweb.exe" works so far!
no, I don't use online features in a game made in 2009 and wonky use of my firewall. not worth it!
