Same issue here. And when I try multiplayer it says Download Failled. I JUST BOUGHT HTIS TO PLAY MULTIPLAYER AND NOW I CANT.

I bought the game yesterday and I have the key on my shelf.

There once was a simillar problem. Why I understand it could be infuriating, let's be patient. There once was a Settler series games with depleted keys and now everything is normal, so it will be the same here, I'm sure. :)

I bought this to play multiplayer with my husband but I wasn't aware there were no more serial keys available for Venice/Multiplayer.
This wasn't advertised or stated anywhere on the store page, is there any way to resolve this so we can play together?

IIRC, I got my key by contacting GOG support.

But, is the key even necessary for local LAN multiplayer?
