I am trying to download American Conquest. This is the error message:
american conquest exe could not be saved, because the source file could not be read'

Cannot navigate beyond the ram-it-down-your-throat self-help steps, cannot navigate to a place to actually contact 'support'.

Bearcat22 I had the same problem when using the GOG downloader, problem was fixed when I downloaded it via. browser

This sometimes happens when you try to download a newly released GOG via the GOG-Downloader. As mentioned before, just download the game via your browser. If the error still occurs (which I doubt), try to use a different browser for the download.

The problem with the source file had been fixed. You have to delete the game from the Gog Downloader,delete the files you have already downloaded if you want the new download in the same spot, and then add the game to your donwloader again.
