Were the two the pre order DLC from way back included in this as well? Since you pulled the achievements from the Xbox version, I don't see why it would be impossible to grab those as well. It would truly make this the definitive edition.
Agree would be nice if they were included, really should be.
The answer is no and never. The DLC was only released on console, never on PC. So not out and won't go out

DLCs not like achievements, it's in the game itself. It would require a lot more work than adding simple success

Would be great if GOG could get those ported too, differentiates the GOG version from the Steam release more.

They pulled the Achievements from the code of the 360 version. It wouldn't be harder to pull some asset data and slap that in as well.
If I recall correctly I saw in a modding forum that the DLC that is already in the game files

I've requested the DLC to be added to the game through GOG support, fingers crossed. Anyone else interested please also raise a support request so they know there's demand, especially since this would set it completely apart from the Steam version that doesn't have the DLC enabled.

Even if GOG decides to release the Assault and Stealth DLC to the public, DRM-free --> it would be better to purchase for 1 dollar/euro each.
Nothing in this world is really free, except a beautiful sunrise.

Doesn't make sense to do that on a game that people are already complaining is overpriced. The files are already in the game to top it all off, probably just a set the trigger and recompile kind of fix which nobody would (or should) accept to pay extra for, especially when trying to create goodwill and converting any existing Steam owners.

First of all this game is technically good and on par with modern operating systems in the world (2024).
People are always endless complaining about life, weather and taxes. So you want the DLC for free without paying.
If all games would be DRM-free and the associated DLC for free, the game-industry will become bankrupt.
As happened in 1983 with the videogame crash: too many games developed and less customers willing to pay for the games. I don't understand your argument of : the files are already in the game.
The files doesn't belong to the customer, it belongs to the owner of the intellectual property (IP) which is Sega at this moment. Steam delisted this game five years ago and GOG has reinstalled this title.
I feel sorry for the current owners of Alpha Protocol on Steam, but this fact doesn't justify to have this game for free.
While on GOG we have to pay for this game. Strictly business.
Whatever Apologizer.
Let them make it 1€, but release it goddamn finally.
