Yes, it does!

The work GOG put to make it more compatibile with W10/11 didn't compromise its runnability on Win7.

I used the offline installer on a Win7 machine I own and worked effortlessly out-of-the-box.
The installer sets up also DirectX 9.0c and Nvidia PhysX Legacy software to ensure the game has all it needs to run immediately post-install (should be all redundant if you were already running DX9 games supporting PhysX without issue in your machine).
