Interested in hearing impressions.
lacks the charm of the first three games (especially the first one), but it's not a bad game per se...
I remember that technically it was kinda impressive back then, not because it used pre-rendered backgrounds, those were common, but because they managed to do dynamic lighting on them, so it looked very good
I only played the Dreamcast version.
I couldn't kill a single enemy. Went back into the CD chest and haven't taken it out since. :p

I played and finished the PSX version.
It's better to avoid the enemies until you get better weapons and more ammo. Be sure to move your flashlight a lot (items will flash in blue if highlighted).
If you need anymore help, you can ask.
I will. :) I actually own the retail PC version of this as well, and my Dreamcast is in storage. Wonder if this (my CD version) will work on XP...
Rather late to post. But for anyone interested in this game.

I've bought and played the GameBoy Color and that was fun. The Dreamcast version and that was fun. The PC cd version (still have it lol) This is still fun.

I just wanted to point out I bought it again here so I could have a digital pack of it without all the fuss. I like the cd in hand version too. I just do not want drm. I forgot if that had any though....oh well XD

It is a good game. So after all those flavors of it. If you want some light horror fluff shootem up similar to resident evil 1 when that first came out. Buy this game =D
I can't believe how much time I put into the Gameboy Color version. At the time, the graphical quality was amazing for a handheld. They had to make a few concessions but I still enjoyed it separately from the console version.
