Trying to run AvP Classic with uMod in a Windows 7 VM in Parallels. I followed the directions but it just says Game Not Found. What did I miss?

LOL. Pardon my jocularity. I'm assuming it's an Apple you have? I'm not here to help just to laugh at a Mac user. Been there, done that, gave up on Apple years ago and never looked back. Even Linux is superior.

Just a lot of loops to jumps through to run a very old game.

You're better off running this game in a WINE wrapper instead of using parallels.
Go to https://www.paulthetall.com/ , download the porting kit and open the app. Within the app you can search for games to create a wrapper for. Aliens vs Predator is in there too, I tried a working version about 1,5 years ago, worked pretty well. Depending on your OSX version ofcourse.
