Hi.
Install the game opened, wanted to play in multiplayer, but the game after I've gone, the game freezes and have to disable via the Task Manager.
Even when I create a server and am there alone, the game becomes impossible, moreover, through the shortcut on the desktop, the game does not work, goes Galaxy launcher and some time error output.
Run the game through its folder.
Please help, I love this game!

This has been reported. Use the bug forum here.

Log onto the support ticket system that bmanbdaman pointed to and add the system specs for your rig. The more people who add to that ticket, the more likely that the GOG techs will look into it.

It could also be your firewall that prevents the game from accessing the internet. Make sure the game can access the internet or it will 'hang' in the way you describe . . .

It's not just that. When selecting MP it slows to a crawl and CPU hangs. Once back in the menu it does not let up no matter what until killed and restarted. Tried with firewall completely disabled. Same issue. SP has 0 issues.

Did not understand was in a vs species game

It is ticket #833 in the support system. I started the ticket and labelled it as CPU going to 100% in multiplayer. That is the ticket where subsequent occurrences need to be reported.

@ Apprentice:
It is not a firewall issue. I already tested that before I submitted a ticket and I have multiple computers that tested fine without the bug. The bug applies to certain computers, but I have yet to see the common factor causing the problem.
