Are you logged into the Launcher? Are you running the game using the Launcher?

Try to restart your computer and try again.

I reinstalled and restarted the PC When I upgrade Launcher reports me error.

Wasn't sure where to find it myself.
It already installed with the game, defaulted to [ C:\Program Files (x86)\GalaxyClient ].

Check your start menu for a link to run AvP with the client, will probably need to download an update.

Yes. Start the game from the Start Menu Shortcut (with Galaxy Client)
Allow the game in your firewall.

If you get the failed to initialise error, it's probably because the firewall is blocking the game. I was prompted 5-6 times to allow or deny several different things.
