In the Predator campaign, i think it was in chapter 2, there is a point in which i need a key card to access a dor, I took the card before reaching that area, but when I press the operate button, nothing happens.
What am I doing wrong?

Whenever you get a key card, you will never need to actually press the operate key. The locked door will always open automatically. For switches and levers you will need to press the operate key.

I think I know where you are. After the first lift, you'll go down some stairs. At the bottom of the stairs, head all the way to the right. You'll find a grate covering up a tunnel that leads to another lift. At the top of the lift is a room with a switch that will lower a bridge for you to jump on.

No, I am already beyond the bridge, I am on the part where you have to make a jump on a big pit, and if you fall you die.

The security pass that you picked up opened up the door right in front of that pit. If the door immediately after the pit doesn't open for you, you're experiencing a glitch. If the door does open, which it should, head to the left and you'll find a small room. Flip a switch in that room, head back the way you came, and just follow the path through the doors.

Turns out I just forgot to pull a switch, those switches are hard to notice.
