What game? Alien Nations or The Nations? This forum covers both.

oh maybe it's assigned to wrong drive letter or sth? i was just playing settlers 3, and now i hear settlers 3 music in alien nations. How to change that?

Odd - I have no CDs mounted and get no music either...
Same here. Just downloaded it and have no background music either.

I have no CDs in my drive and still nothing. One of the reasons I bought the game was the classic music from back then. Anyone knows how to fix this?
Is it possible to use the downloadable soundtrack?

I own it on CD and was thinking of buying it on the sale here because it can be dodgy with compatibility and I thought GoG was supposed to be good for compatibility and also the convenience of not needing a disc but if the lovely music doesn't even work then perhaps it isn't even worth it. :S

Does it not work for most people? Are there any other problems with the first game?
