Hey everybody just picked up alien breed + tower assault.

Loving them so far, but there are a few things that are putting me off.

1. I remember reading in a review on this site, I could lock my aim in a single direction and fire, how do I do this?

2. Is it just me or is the 'save' system completely UNFORGIVING, I got up to level 4 (not far I know) and decided it was time for bed being quite late, so I wrote down the code and used it the next day.

It hadn't rememberd any of my inventory, no keys, and barely any ammo!
I was stranded and near enough immediatly eaten alive.

Am I missing somthing here, or is the password system just completely useless?
I Must admit i did notice the passwords repeat but ive not even worked out how to put a password in
Go to a terminal and boot it up until you see the main menu 'weapon store, tool store etc.'

Then simply type your code and leave the terminal, if the game loads you into a different level when you exit the terminal you did it right.
ah yea i got it now you had to also exit with the attack button too, i would have thought a save system (since it was pc with a hdd why no save files i dont know) or a main menu password system or maybe even starting to load the stage after its typed xD
I thought the game had exatly the "main menu" passwrod system? Is there more to it?

Anyway, I have a different question. The manual says to hit SPACE to access Intex terminals. But whenever I do this, the character just fires at the terminal. I verified using a screenshot found on the net that I am indeed standing next to an Intex terminal. Which key should I press, then?

edit: another thing: is it true that you cannot go back to the levels you have visitied? E.g. enter a tower and then go back outside?

The manual for TA has the wrong keybindings. From what I got playing, space or left alt is fire and left ctrl is secondary fire/access control panel. Someone should contact support and let them know about the keybinding issue with TA. The gave a txt file for Alien Breed's key bindings, but not one for TA.

Thanks!
OK guys: I see how the thing works in Tower Assault, but how do I boot up the Intex terminals in the FIRST Alien Breed game? I got to level 2 and got the password. Now when I fire up the game I go to the wall with a computer right next to the beginning of level 1, but I'm at a loss - what should I do? I think I tried all the "usual" keys, including Ctrl.

edit: Ah! Backspace.

Run config.exe using dosbox to rebind keys for Alien Breed. The defailt keys are horrible.
indeed i have it set up as

Arrow Keys = Move
Left CTRL = Fire 1 (Shoot)
Left ALT = Fire 2 (Terminals)
Pause = Enter
End Current Game (or however they put it) = ESC
Quit to Dos = F1
Hello, I would like to ask: How can I setup keys for 2nd player ?

Thanks for answer
