I haven't received the turn. Astro has reported having the turn, so either Astro or Southern should have it.

So, I just got this turn, it seems, but it is saying I can only resend the turn?

Edit: Wait, nevermind. I got my "Sent" and "Received" mixed up. I got Green Valley, not this one.
