I'm game to try the slow ass Dwarves again since we only got to Turn 13 on our last attempt. Hopefully this time we all manage to avoid a rebellion from our cities. :)

I'm in, I've not been checking the site as much but my wrapper still works. If I feel like I am going to take longer than usual on a turn I can always get my brother to do it for me if you're happy with that? Might be funny to see what happens if we both try to win as the same player actually?

Don't forget to turn off surrender. And I'll repeat my earlier request... No alliances allowed. Heck, I like no peace allowed either, but I'm an anarchist at heart. :)

Dwarves, Day 1

We didn't bring a battering ram and had sturdy doors to break down. So being clever Dwarves, we turned poor Julius sideways and each of our party grabbed a limb. With a steady count we swung him head first into that door over and over and over. Poor Julius did not survive usage as an impromptu Dwarven battering ram, but neither did the door. Nice job taking one for the team Julius. And let that be a lesson to the rest of the team, no more jokes about my sisters beard.

Not sure what is up but my turn keeps glitching. The initial screen stays in place and there is not much I can do. I have the MPE mod installed from our last game.

Any ideas why this might be happening? Perhaps resend the game file?

We're using a different version of the game than the last time we played. Maybe that is messing something up?

I resent the game file, but I doubt that will fix anything.

I vaguely remember that bug and there's a fix. I just don't remember what it is or what causes this bug.
Maybe check the game's setup program, also check the mod assignation in the MPE 'mod editor' program.

Are we using a different version? Wasn't the last time for him Armagedon clock, has it changed since then?

We've all been pushed to MPE by Southern and it's definitely fun to use. I have no idea if there have been updates, but I just checked and my splash screen shows "MP Evolution 2.0.4.209".

Played Sacred Flame as well, we were using this current MPE right?

Actually i just realised I had the 1.4 ruleset enabled inside the MPE engine. I was the one that needed to check the mod editor's ruleset selector.....


On the assumption I bugged out the game, I'm going to restart this one.
