The last time we played Prison Break i lost my underground tunneler and got so sad about it I didn't check the nearby recuitment site for another one.

Let's play it again!

I'm in! That was a really good map.

Can I have a different starting spot this time?
What's Prison Break (besides the TV show) and is it annoying?

Four player free-for-all (aka Kill Mimo event): Map

Playing last time: Link

Download the map and play against the AI to get a feel for the map once you know your race after you sign up.

When we played the first time, Southern almost won by sitting on the sideline with a powerful neutral race the whole game and swooping in after Catermune, Vitek, and I had reduced ourselves to rubble. Says it wasn't intentional, but we know otherwise.
How many more do you need?

Need four total. If Catermune wants to play, I'll let him take my spot if he wants it. Assuming Jyri and you are game...

:)

Eh, sure. I'll be in for digging through the dirt.
Sign me up then. Won't have time to check it out against the A.I. though - is there anything specific to look out for?

Not really. It's been a year since we played so I don't remember squat. I remember that everyone lost all of their heroes fighting each other. And the center of the map has an island with powerful guards and a stairwell. A teleporter can be rebuilt on the surface that lets you send troops underground.

I was so close to winning this one. If it wasn't for stupid neutrals in the middle massacring my force shortly before our encounter and my best hero not resurrecting in victourious battle against you while he had resurgence I would have likely won. That's all if, so it is pointless, but this one I still regret losing.

Have fun you all.

Vitek: this one I still regret losing.
I was so damn mad that about putting multiple stacks next to units in the bottom of a stairwell and totally forgetting that they wouldn't help in defending the damn stairwell. I had the advantage in the underground, but instead I let you bring surface units downstairs and take the advantage.

While I recovered thanks to you doing Vitek things :), that major oops really, really pissed me off and made the game last a lot longer than it should have. :)

Re: Heroes - It's always a crap shoot bringing heroes to a battle. Was it a magic item providing the resurgence ability? Been so long I don't remember...

Heh, I remember that. To make sure how that works I interrupted my turn and went to editor to create my own custom map to find out how that works. I really wanted to win the map and it took me really long time to play some turns. I had fun but was sad about losing it. But I still cherish surrender of your attack force on my town. :-)

I think it was from item but as you said, it was long ago, so I am not sure anymore.

Aargh!!!!!!!! I'd forgotten about that. A full stack against, what 2 or 3 units of yours. And yours were all at under 3 health or something ridiculous like that. And my ATTACKERS SURRENDERED. That was pretty funny in hindsight. Not at the time though...

Hard to fix the bugged item ability. You drop everything on the ground when you die, so the item can't provide it's requested resurgence. :-)

I think it does work if you're in manual combat and able to stall the battle long enough for the hero to come back from the dead during the battle. But I could be making that up.
