I made a poll about changes to XP system that we would like to see implemented.Please vote (once per person, please). There’s no closing time for the poll. You can view the current results right away. You can and should vote on multiple options.

This is my first time creating a poll. I hope I didn’t screw too many things up. There’s a lot of options, because I tried to include all suggestions made in the original thread (link to the thread below), if I forgot about some, my apologies. You can still add it as “other”.

Unfortunately the poll (the results section) shows geographical locations of the voters (it’s still an anonymous poll). I can see people disliking this, so if you want me to, I will start a new poll.
It doesn’t show the exact location correctly, it got my city right, but the exact location was way off.

If opting for no changes, please vote “other” and type in “no changes” exactly. Hopefully that will add on to the choice already added by a previous voter and make the results easier to read.

Wow. Those are some serious issues. Getting your heroes to raise levels and become juggernauts is the fastest way to success in the AoW games (all of them), so an easy to use exploit definitely unbalances the game. It would take a lot of will power not to use this to your advantage in single or multi player.

On Steam forums, they removed the link to the poll and warned people of scams, but gave no justification. No big deal I guess, you can, and anyway should, go to the relevant thread on the ageofwonders.com/forums and the link is there.
Just give all survivors experience after each battle. Done.
It is remarkable how they can screw something so simple up so thoroughly.
Now it seems you can go full support units as a theocrat and just keep healing each other while you tickle the enemies with blowdarts for potato damage until you sufficiently tortured weak independent camps to receive your 20 beefcastle.
No special builds needed.

Thankfully your heroes no longer get retarded upgrades like double attack or life leech so a high level hero isn't as much of a death sentence as it used to be but archers not only getting a huge range advantage and making the best out of damage buffs thanks to always doing the full damage, ignoring most obstacles and attacking multiple times also getting 3 times the experience of single attack units is just stupid.

Agreed. Although I think high level heroes still are one man killing machines. I hope you voted in the poll:) Btw your preferred solution is also the most popular one in the poll.
Please vote, we've had a reply on the ageofwonders.com forum saying that the person in charge of changes in XP system at Triumph has been made aware of the poll (yes, that means Triumph has already planned to consider making changes to the current system).
