Although it doesn't look like that it really wasn't on purpose. I used my leader for scouting regulary, she had Vision II I think. But each time I made sure to return back or to support her with army if everything was clear. Only now I misclicked again and it was over.

potato_head: I was wondering when you would do that and if you had saved up 500 mana for another blast. I was prepared to go back to the healing pond if it happened and stayed out of range from your footmen/archers.
I wanted to do it as soon as I rebuilt it many turns back. I was holding back on purpose, hoping to lure some of yours (or highmen) armies out, then blast them (twice if necessary, I had constantly over 700 mana). It would even work, but then greyhuntr sent Senteria PM with plans about how you want to lure me out there, you became more careful and none of you ever came. :-)
Wow, I must honestly say I was really worried I was going to lose this one. I don't feel like I deserve it since I seem to have won mostly through my opponents errors than my own strategies. I must congratulate Senteria and Vitek on a hard fought game. The Dwarves very nearly had me on the ropes there. I was just barely made my first Astra two turns ago and I was 4 turns away from summoning a Gold Dragon. Even after the Dwarven leader was knocked out, the rogue Astras and Lizardmen continued to demolish my armies. I was really worried about Mimo once he allied with Vitek since between them I had no way to take any of the recently independent towns. If they had lived I have no doubt the would have slowly crushed me in the next dozen turns or so. My ally potato head did a fine job on the surface fighting the Humans. It was mostly a stalemate up there since neither of us wanted to get close to Vitek's lightning altar and he just sat his leader there tempting us to come and get him. Good game everyone/

Nice game all. Too bad I had to drop off due to IRL difficulties. But Vitek did a great job (well, up to his final turn then ;) )

If this game taught as anything then it is that your leader should sit there and do nothing otherwise you'll get screwed.
It happened to me (twice!), to Senteria and to mimo. Every player who was on my side!
I am cuuursed.

I would prefer if you haven't dropped this one. (I know you had to, I am just making fun of my position!) I was really lost with inheriting you sizeable realm with minimum troops. I sepnt staring at it for such a long time in the first turns I played. My complete SM game usually end faster than 1 turn in this. :-)

Thanks for playing. Interesting to see how powerful level 1 units can be. I know from experience that it's expensive to create so many low level units, but it seems, if you keep expanding quickly, it's a good strategy. My strategy was to build more higher level units, but that wasn't a very good plan.

You on the surface and Senteria in the underground fenced in my potential growth areas so fast. I have no idea how Senteria was able to have armies of Giants before I even had my first Level 3 unit. Amazing empire growth rate as evidenced in the post game charts.

Vitek - you can't hide your hero because they need XP. I was trying to farm XP by attacking a unit solo and depending on my studly stats. The odds were way in my favor, but snake eyes can roll twice in a row. ;-)
As promised my picture of my realm when it was at it's peak.

Also, I know exactly how to outplay AI in tactical battles. I don't want to brag or anything though, but it helps if you know precisely how to crush enemy AI even when the odds are against you.

Looking back on it, I still feel cheated. :P
