Azracs, Day 44

We honor our alliance with the Highmen and declare war on the halflings.

Highmen, Day 44

Those rogue Astras continue to destroy stack after stack of my loyal men. Hopefully soon we can meet them on equal terms.

Oh, I haven't played my turn yet?
I thought I did. Have I just forgotten to post log?
I will look into it later today when I get home.

Oh, I started it, but then went to do something else and forgot about it.

Humans, Day 44

Go, Astras, Go!
We are trying to do something everywhere. We are now doing something in every direction, both on surface and in underground.

Turn sent.

Halflings, Last Day

Um.

Double Um.

My Leader with the 9 attack and 10 defense was felled by a single Giant. Two boulders killed me. Wow. I didn't even get through half my turn. Double Wow.

That was rather unexpected.

My apologies to my ally and my enemy. I barely met you both.

Azracs, Day 44

Amazing. This is good luck for us. Not sure what would have happened, but up north, the halflings looked strong, but not so much near our borders, but that could change quickly. Now it'll be easier to attack and keep the island and its large city that we always wanted.

I was busy gobbling up the former Frostling and Dwarven empires. Losing a few cities to you in the South was a cost I was willing to pay while I got my house in order. All my units were nowhere near our border when all the stuff hit the fan. ;-)

Yeah, I guessed you would do something like that. The dwarves must have plenty of income and built-up cities which would be almost risk-free to take.
You are doing it to me on purpose to torture me, right?
Or am I cursed and bring my allies bad luck?

Gah, I don't think I can win now, with all enemy strength turned to me and with enemies everywhere.
Now I am only tasked with bringing 4th nation down in this map. All on my side. :-)

Yeah, Senteria had almost strength of the rest of us combined. :-)

When all is over I'll post a screenshot of my empire at the strongest peak.

Highmen, day 45

A very eventful day indeed. After all of the carnage caused my the rampaging astra it was finally brought down by five humble archers. We mourn the loss of the misguided Halfling leader. He seemed very confused, just like his followers who refuse to see the Light. Some of his more enlightened subjects are willing to join our crusade, but the halflings and giants want to fight to the bitter end. We saw another rare opportunity and launched a large offensive against the Human Queen. Our luck was not with us today and our entire force was eliminated without inflicting a single casualty. Those human cavaliers suck up arrows almost as well as titans.

OOC: I must say I was really looking forward to finally testing myself against the devious mastermind Mimo. It is too bad it didn't get any further than borders skirmishes.

This map was tough for me. Your ally the Azracs quickly defined my Southern limits and the Dwarves engulfed the majority of the underground before I'd blinked. I erred in allying with the Frostlings and should have assaulted them much sooner to put myself on better footing when it came time to choose a war camp. Oh well, hindsight is always 20/20. Next time... :-)
Humans, Day 45

Oh God, I am so incompetent.
Potato_head, just kill me and trust me, it wasn't on purpose.
I used my lone leader as scout, because she has long vision and with her alone, in the field, I ended turn near the azracs 4 armies when I was considering who to blast with altar and who to attack with the rest of my units.

Azracs, Day 45

Really, it wasn't on purpose? She was all alone, right next to my 5-6 warlords and other units. I'm not complaining though. We kill the human queen. Now the humans do not have a leader either, and it's up to the Azracs and the Highmen to destroy the Elves (unless the highmen wants to pick a fight with the Azracs first).

Well played guys. A lot of damned RNG this game. <.<

There was no other choice. The highmen blocked access to the tunnels everywhere. We were stuck, and couldn't declare war on the highmen because that would only weaken both of us and give everyone else a better chance to win.

I was wondering when you would do that and if you had saved up 500 mana for another blast. I was prepared to go back to the healing pond if it happened and stayed out of range from your footmen/archers.
