Halflings, Day 40

I'm bored. Changing things up in a little bit. Gotta follow the rules of etiquette...

Highmen, Day 40

We have suffered great losses at the hands of the Dwarves and they push us back on multiple fronts. The Halflings made a shocking move today and declared war on their former ally, the Frostlings.

Not yet. Gotta spend a turn cancelling the Alliance (done). Next turn I'll declare War and the turn after that I can attack. Or at least that is the sequence that is required in AoW:SM by etiquette. (Sort of weird using an etiquette rule when it's a completely uncalled for stab in the back.)

Feel free to let me know if I can attack sooner!

Idle hands are definitely the devils playground. I don't do "sit on the sidelines" very well.

Ohh, that's an interesting turn of events. I guess the frostlings have to go back home to defend. I wonder what the motivation is for the halflings. I like to hear a good story. *takes a dwarven pipe*

Dwarves, day 41

We explored a dungeon and killed the syron. Unfortunately, we came across 2 bone thingies that were pure evil in nature. We decided to lock them back up. What a waste. Meanwhile we're migrating every lizard back to their former homes. We believe that the lizards are for life and not a race to be annihilated, like those Highmen tried.

We have heard news of the halflings going against their former ally. We're a bit taken aback and are not sure what to do about that situation.

Frostlings, Day 41

Things do not look promising for me. Most of my few troops are too far from home to get back in time to defend me and my former allies are looking up recipes for penguin.

Humans, Day 41

A lot is going on. Alliances are broken, raiders are stopped, armies are killed, enemies are spotted, units are built...

He can have the Halflings. They are making odd choices. I prefer more stability...

It's thanks to these AoW games that my reputation got so high on GOG by the way. =P
So thank you guys.

I've got my third eye on you my Dwarven neighbor. All those soothing words you send me hide many a sharp dagger I do believe. Your reputation proceeds you...

(Of course, I wouldn't be in this predicament if I hadn't migrated a bunch of towns to the race I then stabbed in the back. Did someone say rookie move. I've had a bad couple of days in all my AoW games lately. Must have AoW:3 on the brain even though I haven't had time to try it yet. That's seriously frustrating and will be remedied tomorrow!)
Azracs, Day 41

Oh wow, those dwarven archers are good! They can cross mountains, and now they even managed to swim with their bows and shoot down my flyers and floaters. Either that, or their bows have exceptionally good range.
