The king sighs! Despite gaining three great troops in a turn for free, with his vampires. The halflings are worried. In the meanwhile I'm faraway. I can only send my tamed eagles to harass his rearlines. Might magic be what beats this empasse?

Sorry for the delay. I was actually just playing my turn a few minutes ago when the power cut out and my computer shut off. So I'm going to have a restart message. Is it still the rule that you can't do any combat when you do? Cause this was supposed to be a busy day for my troops. I'd actually finished all my battles and was just organizing production and movement when I lost the game.

NBD, just watch out for that growing google history with you and "restart" :hehehehe:

The game saves automatically quite often, why don't you open it up - you have to open it anyhow - you may find that part of your turn has survived and in that case the restart message shows up after all those previous notifications, rather than at the start.

I'm a trusting soul. You're fine replaying the battles due to an unforeseen restart.

It's only when a player has lots of suspicious restarts that red flags get raised and we're a long, long way from that point. :)

Thanks guys, I dont get restarts too often, but they always make me nervous about replaying. On the other hand, losing a busy turn can be really devastating to ones strategy. I certainly hope it saved after my battles because they all went very well and I'd hate to risk a different outcome. I will play shortly and get the game back on track

Undead Day 17

Added a couple more towns to the kingdom, leaning heavily on the vampires, my warlord and my warchief. My warlord has become just a friggin brick wall, where enemies come up just to get chopped down. Him and Warchief Snagga took on the entire city garrison by themselves.

I agree with the sentiment, it feels op even when using it, and not being on the receiving end. Imagine the same race being the seduction specialists too on top of the movement ones!

I'm thinking to propose a random map without any seduction, domination and resurrection races for the next one. It quickly becomes a race to who can steal the best units from neutral garrisons.

Undead, Day 18

There are tiny little elves in green cloaks crawling all over our lands. We caught and killed two, but who knows how many more there are. Plus, the eagles, always with the eagles. My main army scrambles for some last minute reinforcements/practice before the invasion begins. I didn't have the heart to take the tower, I'm pretty sure I know what it would show me. Halfings with pitchforks streaming over the bridge into our lands. Maybe if we give them all our hay they'll go away?
