I'd say it would work with at least 2 players but 4 would be better and 6 ideal of course. I have no preference but have played Frostlings to death on this.

I looked up this map in the editor and it looks pretty crazy. My only regret is i doubt my favoured approach of the tier 1 infantry horde will be viable, since it should be quite easy to attain higher level troops.

I see you're also a Napoleonic horde of skirmishers man in this game :P Yeah I enjoy doing that too but indeed the tight tunnels and open caverns create all kind of possibilities here. Having gigantic armies of weak units or smaller armies of elites AND the game not ending instantly when someone uber heroes is fun.

I'll claim the Azracs and maybe give it another few days to fill up the Highmen/Undead.

Funny you should mention Napoleon, a year or two ago I amassed about 48+ level 1 (mainly) troops, and sent them into a chokepoint which mimo kept filling with webs (this was aow2). It took something like 6 turns for them to all be gradually defeated, and I think they advanced 6 hexes in 6 days. Definitely a little like the March on Moscow

Do sure perfect just accepted there. I remember more or less how to set up the pbem with peoples' respective emails and I think the wrapper does the rest. Nice one!
