I captured a recruitment site and got a Ballista senselessly killed. Bit I found a halfling city whose allegiance i might buy, had I money....

Question: is it permitted for me to get gold Medal on my Cardinal and then go around resurrecting enemies, or is that considered cheating?

I believe the standard etiquette rules indicate that is a no-no. You're fine to resurrect your own dudes, or to resurrect enemy dudes and use them in a fight (similar to that Animate ability of the Necromancer), but not to steal every T4 you manage to kill and use them until they finally die (again) and aren't resurrected.

Looking it up...that's in the "optional" list, so I don't know.

I don't know if swotle accounted for that possibility when balancing the map.

*shrug* I guess I don't care? Feels like you might easily overrun us if you do it.

I think that is fair. The resurrect is indeed quite OP.
