Killed by independents in 4 turns. That has to be some kind of record.

I managed that by sending my wizard out with my troops and then getting them all killed by goblins. The goblins didn't miss once and my troops didn't hit once. The one unit that had just been built in my town was then killed by independents that spawned nearby and my town was lost before my wizard respawned.
