Had a restart because my laptop had, quite unexpectedly, a BSOD. I thought they were no longer possible under Windows 10, but I was wrong.

Apologies for not explaining. I did do a battle (the BSOD occured during the battle) that I replayed, but it was a strong army of mine against 3 lvl1 units, so no foul play there :)

You know what isn't effected by webs? Spiders and Gargoyles.

Also discovered a mine a few hexes away from one of my towns today. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when someone else flagged it. Insert grumpy face.

I use hotmail for AoW and it is down worldwide so I can't recieve my turns right now.

Still didn't want to sell the language lessons, even though I had enough gold. Took a look at the map description, and apparently this is just an issue sometimes; will try without triggering any other "Give gold for thing please". If it doesn't work next turn, then I'm just going to purchase Rosetta Stone.

Rumpel's units look a little lost. I've taken advantage of their hesitance to stock Santa Titania with cannons. I'm pretty sure it will be a rapid curbstomp if he attacks now.

That bastard sure is everywhere.

I'm telling you, It's those stupid one way teleporters. There I am, sitting and waiting for bats to show up and end me, and BAM. Titans, Leprechauns, and Halfling Sherrifs everywhere.

Next thing I know, this giant suit of armor shows up with a horde of cannons and blows everything to pieces. Then they all shadow shift, and its nothing but me and the bats again.

Not the first time. He's definitely our speed bump. :-)
