This thread is just to see who is available/interested in a new original Age of Wonders PBEM. The newcomer Demonvirus (I assume) and myself can be counted in for starters.

I got responses from three people from the heavengames forums, 1 is currently busy with a degree, one will play this with us, and another may or may not be interested -since he said he'd definitely like 4 player FFAs. When I hear if he is fine with a 7 player game I will start with the Cults and Keepers map

Thanks! And I only emailed 12 heavengames addresses so far; At the present 25% success rate I could probably haul in a dozen more if I put in the effort.

Nice to see you, and yes it would be 1.36. I love mods but getting many people to install is impractical. Since I am currently halfway through 1.36 games, I don't want to play a modded game - I just tried switching things around and it's really cumbersome.

Edit: I installed your mod. The first thing I looked for was an elephant nerf, and that's what I found, therefore the mod is good enough for me. There are other things I like, such as giving Sandworms wallcrushing, and some things that look a bit crazy like Yaka Avatars getting Lifestealing, or Undead Swordsmen having only 1 DAM (I guess their cost was reduced?).

If there isn't a changelog, perhaps I will write one for you... I love changelogs.

I'm guessing you wouldn't be interested in playing 1.36? How about some AoW2, since we play that too?

I don't mind playing some 1.36, it's easy enough to switch back or have a separate install, I'll see what I can do about a changelog later. The mod is a work in progress and feedback is always welcome

I REALLY love changelogs so I have started making your changelog. I have documented all the obvious changes to the trainable troops of the 12 races. I cannot as easily detect what changes were made to summons, spells, and other things - so I won't bother. I also don't know what, if any changes have been made to units after reaching silver or gold medal. Feel free to copy/edit the document I have started.
