I just bought AoW from here because its one of the best games ever, even tho I already own several copies. But this one is nice because it has no DRM.

Only problem is that when I enter the game it swtiches off the w7 transparent desktop and then the game flickers black when I play every now and then. Very frustrating!

Any1 know a fix?

ok I did a bit of searching and I see others have this problem too.

I think the flickering is cause by a change in renderer that GOG implemented, can you please tell me what you changed in this version so I can revert the changes?

I have original AoW and it runs perfectly on W7/Vista, but this version is just meh...

ok looks like its some custom wrapper like the one blizzard made for diablo2 recently...
