Deluxe content can't exist. You can't have more than 100% of content. It is a deception. Triumph Studios & Paradox Interactive are running a scam.

Not sure what is the problem exactly? You ordered the Deluxe edition, but you are not seeing the content ingame?

You haven't explained anything of what you're trying to say; and repeating yourself over and over doesn't make your posts any more comprehensible.

If you're having a problem with the game, ask a clear, concise question, and the community will try to help you. If you're just cranky for...some reason that still isn't clear, you should probably keep it to yourself and just not play this game.
