Mimo: Feel free to start up another AoW2 game if you'd like to do one more of those as well. These games are much more enjoyable with a few of them bouncing back and forth via the email wrapper. Just copy, paste and edit one of DaveSpice's sign ups / starting pages. That's what most of us do to kick off a game.
I just realized that the topic is for AOW1 only, but now I could play anyway if that's fine with Vitek.

Otherwise, I posted a new PBEM signup for AOW:SM in a new thread if anyone is interested.

I have only played two games of AoW1 ever, once as the Goblins and once as the Dark Elves. Now I need a new race to try. Please assign me a neutral or good race at random. I'm quite willing to take a race considered below average so that I have an excuse when I am eliminated. ;)

My only hope is that Vitek takes a like minded race so that we can rule the world together rather than tear is asunder in our quest to eliminate each other.

Halflings it is then

Looks like two more evil races with give us an even balance. If Mimo and Vitek wish to be allies they can both pick evil and I will take a good race. We can make a house rule limiting alliance by alignment, or do you all prefer to allow politics to take their natural course and let strategic needs dictate alliances?

I prefer a neutral race this time (humans), but if it is more convenient I will play Orcs or Goblins.

Eh, it didn't work well, did it. :-)

Wenne can take neutral race, it isn't necessary to have all alignments equally covered.
I will take Orcs. It's time to use brute force for once. In case Wenne picks evil race after all, I will take Undead instead.
