I was reading all comments mentioning the high level of difficulty and it make me wonder if it was a game with no difficulty settings?

The difficulty depends a lot upon what kind of character you create and which choices you make. If you try to fight using a character who is not good at fighting, it will be very hard.

Thanks for the answers.

If a lot is going through dialog choices and skills check, I suppose it's hard setup a difficulty level.

I'm still very hesitant, but for now I skip because of the lack of rebind of commands and can't be played only with the mouse.
