I still haven't recieved the pre-order gear set. Apparently it was an issue before but the devs have solved it yet I cannot find it anywhere. I've restarted the geame, the GOG client, my PC, made new characters and stil nothing. Is anyone else having this problem or knows how to fix it? Thanks.

You visit the GOG support site and submit a new request.
Select order and payments as you category, enter your order id from your receipt and select other order related issue as the problem type.
Describe that you preordered and are missing the preorder DLC.

Update:
With Release 1.03.121 I was able to receive Absolver: PRe-Order DLC by clicking the DLC link after update 1.03.121 Installed. Beneath Configure Game, there is DLCs. Just click/un-click the Check box and wait for server to refresh DLC content to your local files.

Press PLAY, and find the Pre-release content in game.
