I'm not sure if it has been announced if or when they will add official FSR support in the game but I tried this today:

Running at 4K on 5800X/6800XT, I was able to up Resolution Scale to 100% and with a mix of High/Ultra settings, I was usually hovering around ~90fps.

I understand not everyone wants to download a random zip file though.

Well I would have if I had known about it. The last game update broke what I originally posted. Nexus author updated the mod and it works.
