Does this work for offline (vs AI) games ?
Meaning, if I have all 3 games installed, can I play skirmished against AI armies from all 3 games?

Yup, it's how I keep playing the games. And there's even LAN MP, so you don't even need to be online for that if you don't want to.

We do need more Petroglyphs.

Gameplay

It basically plays like old Command and Conquer games. It's made by Petroglyph in fact, which was founded by CnC veterans - Frank Klepacki is making the soundtrack even (yes, he made soundtracks for all Westwood classics, and it's quite amazing.)

Thank you. It looks great. I plan on getting all games in the next sale.

I hope any success with these games will lead them to create something similar to the C&C universe, FMV included.
I am not a fan of 8 bit style graphics. Never was. Even in the 80s.

They have, to an extent. Gameplay. Sadly, it's tied to Steam, and I don't think publisher will allow Petroglyph to release it here.

I tried running it without Galaxy and I could normally connect to a multiplayer game without it running so it seems they removed the Galaxy requierement.
