I tried sometime ago to get it running but couldn't get it running. The problem also is that utilises directx 11 which is not yet fully supported by Wine.

But as much as I know the devs where thinking about porting it to Linux.

What the hell does such a game need DirectX 11 for? o.O

It's no longer crashing and there is a window visible (sort of) and you can hear a voice say "Welcome back, commander". Keep an eye on the linked bug :)
