I tried to run !nsane on Windows 7, and the game menu opened fine, I setted the video conf. inside the game and quit.
When I opened again, my screen stucked on "loading menu", I tried to unninstall, delete folder and reinstall game but this problem persists, where video configs was saved?

Hi,
There's a support article that mentions that sometimes the game has to run under win2000 compatibility mode. Have you tried that ?
You could also try the "Run as admnistrator" 'trick' to see if it makes a difference.

ty, I already tried dont work...
its a resolution config error, but I don't know how to clear configs outside the game, isn't on game folder and I did not found on registry too o.o

Could you maybe post a screenshot of the contents of the game folder? I don't own the game so I can't look what files are in there myself.

Settings is saved on a registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Codemasters\Insane
I didn't found before 'cause "1nsane" was typed "Insane" =)

I paid my fee downloaded the game and now nothing it took me to my acct page and there is nothing from there I want to play

If you already bought the game, on your account page click on the game cover and you'll get the download links.
If you've already done that and you're having some other problem, post back with a little more detail.
