There it goes - thank´s guys! To everyone that owns the Game I strongly recommend taking a look - some scenarios have been fixed, Sandbox mode has been tuned and a new "boundless" City is avaliable in Sandbox Mode. I will copy the Release Notes since 1.00 here for reference:

-- Steam: fixed bugs with Steam overlay not working with full screen mode
- PC/Mac: you can now use ALT-Enter to toggle fullscreen mode on and off
- Updated UI for the victory screen, added an "about" box with credits.

-- neighbors don't offer to buy resources that you can't produce
-- neighbors don't offer to sell you resources that you can't use (like gold)
-- removed duplicate resources from buy/sell offers
