It has been there for months.
I managed to connect to steam during testing period, but it doesn't work now.
Reproduction steps:
1. Setting -> Click 'connect' button of Steam plugin whose state is not connected
2. Click 'connect' at the connect your steam account popup window
3. A blank window title 'Login to Steam'
Extra info:
0. Galaxy version 2.0.17.61-Beta
1. Right click in the window, view source shows:
<html><head></head><body></body></html>
2. Direct connection, proxy, vpn won't affect the result.
3. I can logout & login Steam still
