Time Warner, not Warner Bros. Warner Bros are the movie and games publisher. Times Warner is an ISP, one of the US's two main big players. But now the whole of the US has one monoplist ISP. Prepare for speed stagnation.

Time Warner which includes Warner Bros. and Time through merger in 1990

And not for 85 billion $ only but with Time Warner debt which in total equals about 108,7 billion $

I was about to argue that they split back up, but then I looked it up and they didn't ... honestly, this deal sounds doomed to fail: AT&T owning both satellite TV providers will never pass the FCC & put them at risk for Anti-Trust investigations.

Time Warner acquired AOL and they split in 2009, maybe this is the case.
I'm most certain that Anti-Trust will get it a go for some reason (maybe because they approved other big deals lately).
As for the FCC I just read at deadline.com the following:
"They expect the deal to close by the end of next year following an antitrust review by the Justice Department. The FCC also likely will pay a role in the process although AT&T and Time Warner say that they are “currently determining which FCC licenses, if any, will be transferred to AT&T in connection with the transaction.”

Apparently it's too big to be denied ;)

Yes, seems both are (were owned by the same entity.
Before anyone asks, this doesn't include Time Warner Cable.

Time Warner Cable and Time Warner split ages ago.

So no ISPs are being merged today.
So is this likely to effect the Warner Bros games that are here?
Or the chances of getting more in the future?

I don't suppose AT&T have a track record with DRM....
That debt..

Time Warner Cable is the ISP? Huh this is all confusing, since people always say ''Time Warner'' for the ISP which you say is actually called Time Warner Cable. So what is Time Warner without the cable?
Could be worse. Could be Disney.
Send the agents! Stop the merger at all costs!
For once, I agree with Trump...
