Catventurer: You purchase a game, it's yours. You can go to your account, download the offline installer, and put it on a backup drive.
Because there's people that like to say that you don't own a DRM-free GOG games anymore than you own a DRMed Steam game, I'm going to add that nobody is going to show up at anyone's house to delete backups if a game is delisted. You bought it, the game is still yours to play.
GamingKingJames: My only concern was if I still owned the game AFTER I deleted my account. So lets say I delete my account and make a new one in the future when I am ready to switch to PC games, and I add my offline installer to GOG Galaxy using the exe file, would GOG ever be like "Hey, we need to see that you obtained this game from us or we will have to ban you" or is that the exact opposite of what GOG does?
GOG Galaxy doesn't make you go through a purchase verification for games that are manually added to it. I can verify this because I used to use the program until it stopped meeting my needs and was able to add games that were purchased off other sites without having to verify that I actually bought them. However I have never tried manually adding a GOG purchased game to Galaxy because why? I've also stopped using Galaxy in favor of being 100% offline when playing, so it's not something that I'm going to even attempt to test out....
Instead, I'm going to agree with UnashamedWeeb that you're just making things overly complicated for yourself.
If you think that you're going to make future purchases, don't contact support to have your account deleted. You won't get a refund on games you already purchased, and whatever account you make next won't have those games.

1. Go to your account:
https://www.gog.com/en/account 2. Highlight the game you want to hide.
3. Click on the inverted caret symbol and select Hide Game.
If you don't like your username and want a new one, you can change that in your account settings.
https://www.gog.com/en/account/settings/personal If you already have two accounts and games purchased on both, contact support. They may have some procedure for merging accounts. More than likely, first level support (as in the people you get to communicate with) can't do it themselves, so it will take longer. This is assuming they can do it at all. It's better to just do all your purchases on one account.
