Hi guys. i Got a problem with my account, i"ve just to created it last yesterday and buy myself a game but i can't buy another one. at the beginin i tough it was m credit card but at the end it's not. Cuz i buy 10€ to put on the online purse but i'm still enable to buy anything even with the purse money. Someone has the same problem ?! i wrote to the assitance center and got no answer.

Regarding buying "another one" you talking about gifting a game to a friend?
If yes gifting restrictions apply to your account:

I cannot buy a game as a gift, why?

As stated in Checkout, in order to gift games, your account needs to have purchases worth at least $10 / €9.19 / £6.69 / A$13.99 / 719.00 RUB / 55 DKK / 70 NOK / 65 SEK / 30 PLN / C$ 10 / 10 CHF made at least 3 months ago.

Unfortunately we are unable to lift this limitation. However, in some cases we might be able to help manually. Please contact us via the support form for more information.

Please also remember that after buying a gift, you must wait 24h before buying another one (if it is the same game).
