Fortunately, the third title in the series, "Labyrinthe", was found in 2018 in a file from a private collector on a forum, among a collection of about 70 Japanese games! See here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zeddas:_Servant_of_Sheol

This particular title, probably released in Japan in 1994 (And then in the United States in 1995), was even released on the Sega Saturn. What a surprise! It was also known as "Horror Tour".
It had two sequels. "Zeddas: Horror Tour 2" stayed inside Japan, unfortunately and didn't get a localization. The 3rd instalment, "Labyrinthe" was probably never even released at all.
