Nathan89 This is probably still one of my favourites, such a great game gameplay wise, atmosphere, music, the loveable light-hearted tone with Sam Fisher, and man, if we could get working Coop and Merc mode...
Even visually the game still looks decent, just enough shaders, dynamic shadows, texture work, particles, the whole lot, just enough where it doesn't look completely outdated.
Plus GoG support for a game like this <3

doubledemigod Be awesome on here, no idea if the multiplayer could be fixed (without using something like Hamachi) as I've been told it has the best coop in the series but I remember it being a solid overall entry on single player alone though I was a tad too young to truly appreciate a "hardcore" stealth game but retroactively playing the series has me enjoying it much more than when I was younger.

FlamingFirewire Truly the best in the series - even if I did also enjoy some of the later entries as well (like Double Agent on the original XBOX, which plays the same as Chaos Theory - and to a certain extent Conviction). Needs to be on GOG.com soon, would make for a great milestone for the service since I've been waiting for this game to get released here for so long.
gameragodzilla Best game in the series, and a good end to a trilogy. Everything past this is unnecessary to get, especially since the newer titles are tied to the godawful UPlay. But Chaos Theory is a masterpiece and should be on GOG's store. My favorite stealth game of all time.

Psychomorph I installed my original disk copy and had to mess around to get rid of the Star Force DRM pestilence. Also fiddling around the .ini's to adjust widescreen resolution and field of view.
Only option is Steam. But we are in for the GOG experience here, right?

Empoweredfan This is the best in the series. Great graphics, wonderful humour, music to entertain you throughout and twists and turns along the way. A great fun all around.
AgentBJ09 @Blue: We have Hamachi and other VPN networks for that kind of thing, and lest we forget, Steam will let you add games to the list to use the services of the client if you want.
Otherwise, I don't care for Steam and would rather buy a copy here. No client to screw around with or tell me I can't play my game because the client didn't feel like working that one time.
